Registration

1. Who needs to register?
   Anyone who wants to participate in Greater Chine eHealth Forum 2011 and/or pre-conference workshop needs to register. Presenters are also required to register for the conference and pay  for the registration fee for participation.
2. Can I register for others as a group?
   Yes, you can act as a contact point for your organization and register for others from your organization and pay as a group.
3. What are the fees and are there any discounts available?
   There is a 20% discount availabe for early-bird registration. For further information, please visit Register page.
4. If our group wants to add more participants after registration, can we do so?
   For Group registration, you must Download the group registration form (available at registration page), complete and return to Swire Travel by fax or email. Confirmation will be sent out once the registration is complete. As long as the Group is 10+, you can add more participants anytime and enjoy the group rate.

Payment

1. What are the payment methods?
   The default payment is by Credit Card. You can also pay by bank cheque or bank transfer.
2. Can I pay by cash?
   No. You can only pay by credit card, bank transfer or bank cheque in Hong Kong Dollars.
3. Can I register online without credit card?
   Yes, you may also pay by bank transfer or bank cheque. You have to provide the reference number on the receipt or cheque when you register online.
4. If I want to pay by cheque or bank transfer, what account should I pay to? 
   Once you completes online registration,auto confirmation will be sent to your email address, and the bank details are already shown on the confirmation.

     All bank handling fee should be borne by delegates. Sending a copy of the         bank remittance slip by fax (+852 2590 0099) is appreciated. 
5. Will I get a receipt for online payment?
   Yes, an auto confirmation will be sent to your email address once completed the registration.
