Cancellation Policy

Any notice of cancellation must be received by the Forum Secretariat within one month from the registration date or on or before 7 September 2011 (one month before the Forum) to the Event Management Agency (Swire Travel):

- by email to ehealth2011@swiretravel.com  

- fax to +852 2590 0099

- post to "Greater China eHealth Forum 2011 Event Management Agency c/o Swire Travel Limited, 6/F, Cambridge House, Taikoo Place, 979 King's Road, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong"

The refund, 50% of the paid registration fee, will be processed within one month from the cancellation request date. Requests for cancellation after 7 September 2011 will NOT be entertained and the registration fee will NOT be refunded.
