Speech Abstract:

Concise Digital Medical

China’s ascendancy has navigate and thrive in today's digital health-care, nation pledged to spend Rmb850bn ($131bn) overhauling its antiquated healthcare system, which has become a focus of public concern. Large projects such as “Key Technology and Regional Demonstration Application for National E-health”  (adopted “11th Five-year Plan”), National High-Tech R&D Plan” (“Plan 863”) and Standard methodology for measuring Information Technology Development(adopted “12th Five-year Plan”), all tell a story of steady growth in digital healthcare.

Along with the imperative to transition to digital healthcare, how solution providers could achieve a given increase in deliver quality care, ensure patient safety and expand accessibility, while successfully execute the new technologies of Internet of Things (IOT) and Cloud Computing? On the flip side, how to support the  modular development to open the opportunity for simplicity, mobility, reliability and interoperability? The coming decade will bring significant new challenges and opportunity to health-care, digital is prepared to address health-care reform and structural changes in the marketplace, and success comes with the vibrant promise of continued growth through new healthcare solutions.

Mr. Zhang is visiting scholar at the Artificial Intelligence laboratory, Stanford University, USA; and one of the Expert Committeeman member of CMIA (China Medical Information Association).
Whilst received prestigious awards such as“Most Influential People in China Digital Medical”、“Technology Pioneer of First Jinjihu Double-Hundred Talents Program”、“Intel Innovation Award”、“Motorola Outstanding Contribution
Award in HIT” etc.
