Important Deadlines for Paper Presenters:

  • 15 August:
    • Conference registration online, if you have not done so.
    • Send back the Reply Slip to RSVP for Speakers events with final version of your abstract (if any change) to SPC Secretary at abstracts@ehealth.org.hk
  • 6 September:

 

Important Dates for Posters Presenters:

  • 15 August:
    • Conference registration, if you have not done so.  There is no need to register if you are not attending the event.
    • Send back the Reply Slip to RSVP for Speakers events with final form of your abstract (if any change) to SPC Secretary at abstracts@ehealth.org.hk
  • 6 September:

The Forum offers a series of special events for its VIP/Presenters. You can choose to attend any of the activities listed below. The admission has been included in your Forum registration:

  • Welcome Cocktail on 6 October evening (Tsim Sha Tsui area with exact venue to be confirmed) 
  • Opening Ceremony on 7 October morning with reserved seats for Speakers
  • Day 1 Luncheon on 7 October at Speakers tables
  • Welcome Dinner on 7 October evening (Kowloonbay area with exact venue to be confirmed)
  • Day 2 Luncheon on 8 October at Speakers table
